Slide 1 (title)
First Names, Last Initial, Amendment.

Slide 2:
The 25th Amendment states In case of removal of the President from office or of his death or resignation, the Vice President shall become President.

Slide 3:
The 25th amendment is very important it states that if the President dies, becomes sick or is removed from office, the Vice president can take over with a declaration from the president and a majority vote of both houses of Congress.

Slide 4:
The amendment was passed on February 10th, 1967. It was proposed because the first time the Vice President became President was when William Henry Harrison died after a month of Presidency and it was always necessary to have someone leading the country.

Slide 5:

The 25th amendment is very needed and applicable today because if we didn't have this amendment. we would have no backup for the President. If the President became ill or something tragic were to happen we would have no backup if we didn't have this amendment.

Slide 6:
All countries that are led by a national government, in some way, have a backup leader of sorts, like the United States.
